SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
The easiest way to purchase via the website and pay online is with your credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or via PayPal. You will receive an email when the order and payment have been received.
You can also make a payment over the phone during the shop's opening hours. We can accept credit card details over the phone.
FREE PICK UP IN-STORE
If you live locally you can pay online and choose free pick up and not be charged a shipping fee. The item will be packaged up for you to collect at your earliest convenience. Simply pop into the MILCSHOP at 366 Summer St, Orange. Please note if you order on the weekend you will only be able to pick up the following Wednesday when the shop is open.
At this time we only offer shipping within Australia
Flat rate of $10 applies to all orders under $150, If you spend over $150 then we are happy to send your order out for free.
We aim to post our orders via Express post via Australia Post. We endeavour to get your parcels in the post as soon as possible however there may be a slight delay on the days when the shop is not open.
We are happy to provide a refund, exchange, credit note if you decide the product was not for you. This only applies to items not on sale. There is no refunds on sale items.
For a return please contact us and return the item within 14 days with proof of purchase (not needed with online orders).
For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for example opened skincare products, briefs, nursing pads, health care items, breast pump equipment.
The refund amount will be less the $10 shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds or credit notes will only be issued once we have received the item and its condition is satisfactory.
The refund will be applied to the original method of payment ie credit card/paypal.
Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return.
All items returned are done so at the customers expense and we recommend using a tracking system as we cannot take responsibility for lost items making their way back to us.
